Shipping and Returns

SAM'S Kreation's DOES NOT accept return unless the item(s) states a return period for THAT Item. In the event an item is received damage please email us at kreationsbysam@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. 

SAM'S Kreation's will ship your item(s) in the time frame stated for an item. In the Event we are unable to meet our committed time we will notify you. 

SAM'S Kreations will mail your item via. USPS. We will provide a tracking number once the item is shipped. If ordering Christmas Items please order sooner than later to ensure it arrives on time. 

 SAM'S Kreations will ship your order to ONE Address for the calculated shipping price. In the event you need multiple shipping addresses place each shipping address as a separate order.
